 LEASE CLAUSE rev. 042224: If Tenant receives more than one warning/violation notice about the same item/violation/repair, Tenant is to be responsible to pay for management processing fee of $70 per warning/violation notice. Management Processing fee will reoccur monthly unless such violation is fixed. This fee will not be prorated. Examples of such warning/violation notices include, but not limited to, HOA violations, unsanitary conditions, not reporting/causing moisture/water intrusion, noise violations, failure to water lawn, etc. This Management Processing Fee will be in addition to HOA fines, City/State/Federal fines, Process Service, and/or lawyer fees etc.




COST: $70 paid by resident to MANAGEMENT COMPANY
