This is only if property has a sub-meter in place.
LEASE CLAUSE rev. 052724: "SUB-METER/RATIO BILLING: If property is Sub-Metered and/or utility bill cannot be placed in Tenant's name, then Landlord is to bill Tenant via the B.P.M. Tenant Portal. Do not pay vendor directly. Due date of such bill to be 15 calendar days from date of Tenant charge or date Tenant receives invoice. This charge to be deemed as Rent. In addition, there is a $5 per bill Submeter Oversight Admin fee. This is paid to Management Company to cover administrative, software, postage, and check processing costs."
COST: $5 per bill if paid by resident to MANAGEMENT COMPANY
