LEASE CLAUSE rev. 042224:  "SOLAR: If property has solar, Tenant is responsible for the entire solar bill, including but not limited to, equipment rental/purchase, taxes, service fee, usage, etc. If utility bill cannot be placed in Tenant's name, then Landlord is to bill Tenant via the B.P.M. Tenant Portal. Due date of such bill to be 15 calendar days from date of Tenant charge or date Tenant receives invoice. This charge to be deemed as Rent."

COST: Cost of Solar lease or flat fee ranging between $100 to $300 per month.  This is paid by Resident to Owner and Management Company takes its percentage as to PMA.
