LEASE CLAUSE rev. 042224: REMOVAL: If a Tenant wants to be removed from the Lease, a $200 management processing fee will apply; this processing fee is per Tenant. This fee is owed in order to start re-running applications. This fee is due whether Tenant is approved for removal or not.
