LEASE CLAUSE rev. 042224:  This Resident Value Add Benefit Package is a required on all BPM leased homes. The utilization fee is billed monthly at a rate of $28 per month. Please note that this monthly rate is not pro-rated for mid-month move-ins and/or move-outs. If Landlord cancels management services with the BPM, the Resident Value Add program becomes null and void.
