LEASE CLAUSE rev. 042224: Tenant shall be responsible for reimbursing Landlord for the cost of that service call, including any commissions paid by Landlord, plus an additional $10 Repair Billing Administrative Fee, due no later than thirty (30) days from the date Tenant is notified of the charge by Broker.
