LEASE CLAUSE rev. 042224:  If it is discovered that an unauthorized pet is living at subject property, Tenant will be fined $10 per day till pet is removed and/or approved in writing. This approval will need to be a fully executed addendum. This fine will be backdated if needed. No warning will need to be given.

COST: $10 per day paid by Resident to Management Company.
