LEASE CLAUSE rev. 042224: "REMOVAL OF A PET: If Tenant removes a pet, Tenant must allow an in person walkthrough and a written addendum to remove the pet will be provided thereafter if there is no pet damage. If there is pet damage, resident must pay to repair such damage in order for the Pet Rent/Pet Admin fee to be removed. The inspection and addendum cost is $225."
