 LEASE CLAUSE rev. 042224:  "ADDING A PET: If Tenant adds a pet, Tenant must get written approval by Landlord. This approval must be done prior to the pet going to the subject property. The pet add-on paperwork will be $125.00 per addendum written. This paperwork fee will go to management company."
