LEASE CLAUSE rev. 080524: "If the Management Company shows the rental unit more than six times, a $100 showing fee will be charged for each additional showing beyond the sixth. Fee to be charged after confirmed showing.  This fee applies to showings of units that are occupied and/or units that cannot be self shown.  This fee compensates the Management Company for the additional time and resources required to facilitate these extra showings."
