LEASE CLAUSE rev. 080524: "If Tenant gives such notice of early termination and management advertises the subject property as a result, then a $400 management advertising fee will apply if Tenant chooses to cancel the early termination.  The administrative fee will still be due to compensate Management Company for the costs incurred in preparing and facilitating the requested lease break."
