100% Optional.  This is only if resident fails to provide complete possession in writing on the agreed move-out date.

LEASE CLAUSE rev. 042224: "If Resident does not give written possession on scheduled move out date (must be 100% possession), Resident will be responsible for an increased charge of $100 per day. This additional surcharge is coined a Holdover Admin Fee."
