100% Optional.  This is only if resident wants to mail a check/money order/cashier's check to the office vs going into the store and depositing check/money order/cashier's check/cash or using the  ach service.

LEASE CLAUSE rev. 042224:  "If Rent is paid in office or mailed to said office, there is a $25 processing fee. Rent may be paid personally, between the hours of 10:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. on Monday through Friday except Holidays. The office DOES NOT have a rent drop box. If Rent is paid by a third party Government entity, there is no processing fee."
