LEASE CLAUSE rev. 042224:  "ATTORNEY FEES In any action or proceeding arising out of this Agreement, the prevailing party between Landlord and Tenant shall be entitled to reasonable attorney fees and costs, not exceeding $2,000, except as provided in paragraph 4.2.A. If Landlord begins an eviction or needs files any paperwork with an Attorney, Tenant is responsible for the Attorney's fees if the eviction/ claim/violation/notice is cancelled prior to it's full conception. Tenant will be provided with an invoice of such costs. These fees will be deemed as Rent."
