100% Optional.  This is only if resident wants to change the existing lease.

LEASE CLAUSE rev. 080524 "If Tenant requests an addendum to the Lease Agreement, and Management Company agrees to such changes, Tenant will be required to pay a $100 administrative processing fee. This fee covers the cost of processing and documenting the requested addendum. The fee is due upon finalization of the addendum and before the addendum is formally executed.  In the event that Tenant does not sign the addendum or cancels the request after work has been initiated, the administrative processing fee will still be due to compensate Owner/Management company for the costs incurred in preparing and facilitating the requested changes."

COST:  $100 paid by resident to MANAGEMENT COMPANY.
